Crowne Plaza Petra Hotel is a five‑star destination unlike any other, set beside the Dead Sea and inside the Petra Archaeological Reserve. With a diverse mix of travelers, conferences, and on‑site and virtual events, reliable connectivity isn’t optional. It’s central to the guest experience. From guest rooms and public spaces to meeting areas and back‑of‑house operations, the hotel requires consistent, high‑performance Wi‑Fi and communications everywhere, ensuring seamless access no matter how or where guests connect.
Sitting nearly 290 kilometers from the capital city of Amman, Petra needed a network that could be efficiently managed and supported remotely.
