Every July, MLB® All-Star Week™ transforms one city into a baseball hub. This year in Atlanta, Georgia, thousands of fans poured into the city for a week packed with excitement—from the Capital One All-Star Village™ and MLB® All-Star Celebrity Softball Game Present by GEICO, to the T-Mobile Home Run Derby® and the big game itself. But what many fans didn’t see was the high-tech backbone that made it all seamless: the network.

What is a Wi-Fi Coach®?

MLB® All-Star Week™ is more than just a baseball event, it relies on a lot of technologies working seamlessly so that fans, ballpark operations, and players are all able to connect without worrying about their connectivity. As a Wi-Fi Coach®, I served as an on-the-ground ambassador, dedicated to helping fans connect, troubleshoot, and optimize their digital ballpark experience.
