His work spans global privacy frameworks, cross‑border data transfers, vendor and customer contracting, incident response, and privacy governance in complex multinational environments. He advises on navigating evolving regulatory regimes including GDPR, US state privacy laws, and emerging global data protection frameworks, while translating legal requirements into practical, business‑ready solutions.
