Terms and Conditions for the Extreme Platform ONE™ Live Demo Series Drawing
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Sponsor: This promotion is sponsored by Extreme Networks, Inc. 2121 RDU Center Drive, Suite 300, Morrisville, NC 27560.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to prospective Extreme customers who attend a qualifying live demo of Extreme Platform ONE during the Promotion Period. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Exclusions: This Promotion is not open to: (1) government employees or officials (including employees of public universities) where participation would violate applicable ethics or procurement rules, (2) any individual whose participation would violate their employer’s policies or applicable law; or (3) employees, officers, directors contractors, interns, agents, or partners of Sponsor or family members thereof. The Promotion is void where prohibited.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on February 1, 2026 and ends on March 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period"), unless terminated earlier in the sole discretion of Sponsor.
How to Participate: There are two (2) ways to enter, and both methods have equal odds of winning. (A) Eligible individuals may enter by live attendance at a designated demo of Extreme Platform ONE during the Promotion Period; or (B) eligible individuals may send an email during the Promotion Period to livedemo@extremenetworks.com with the subject line “Live Demo Drawing Entry” and including the entrant’s full name, company name, job title, and business email address. Limit of one entry per person, regardless of method.
Prize: Winners will receive a free pass to the Extreme Networks Connect conference, estimated retail value of $1599. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions may be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners will be selected at random. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries. Selection and disqualification will be at the sole discretion of Extreme Networks.
Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
Compliance with Laws and Policies: By participating, entrants represent and warrant that their participation does not violate applicable laws, ethics rules, or employer policies. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical failures of any kind.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion or these terms in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
