Ron Pasek

Mr. Pasek is a seasoned executive and board member with over 30 years of experience in driving financial strategies for companies across the technology industry. He joined Extreme's Board in January 2026, bringing deep financial and public-company governance expertise, including oversight of complex operations and compliance. He also currently serves on the boards of Astroscale and SunPower, where he chairs the Audit Committee.  His extensive experience as a board member and his exceptional leadership abilities have consistently yielded positive results.

With a strong focus on strategic planning, financial expertise, and corporate governance, Mr. Pasek continues to make significant contributions to the organizations he serves, driving their success in highly competitive markets. 

Previously, Mr. Pasek served on the boards of SADA, Spectra7 Microsystems, and Zendesk. Prior to those roles, he was CFO at NetApp and Altera and held senior finance leadership roles at Sun Microsystems. He is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, a nonprofit membership organization for corporate board members. Pasek holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Finance from San Jose State University.
