Like many other industries, the financial services industry has faced a lot of changes over the last few years. Technology has changed the way we bank, the way we access financial services and with that customer and staff expectations have shifted dramatically.

Customers today expect to be able to access their information from their smartphones no matter where they are. Staff expects to be able to have hybrid and remote work options so that they can work when and where is best for them. While it is great that the industry is adapting to enhance the lives of those impacted by their business, this has put a lot of strain on IT teams.
