At Extreme Connect 2023, Extreme unveiled the 2023 X-Factor Customer Awards. This award recognizes our most innovative customers whose collaboration has delivered better outcomes for their organization. 

The 2023 X-Factor Customer Award nominees were evaluated and chosen by Extreme Networks employees based on innovation, demonstrated value and unique problem-solving. This year’s winners have achieved gamechanging results for their organizations in partnership with Extreme and are perfect examples of “New Ways, Better Outcomes.”

Norwegian Cruise Line 

Norwegian Cruise Line has been the premier innovator in the cruise line industry for over 56 years, providing guests with the freedom to cruise on their schedule to over 450 incredible destinations around the world. Norwegian partners with Extreme to deliver a superior guest experience built on Extreme Wireless. 



E.ON is a major European energy company focused on smart grids and sustainability looking to innovate across its global footprint and help drive Europe’s transition to clean energy. E.ON chose Extreme to upgrade their Nordics headquarters with a cloud-managed wired and wireless network that can more easily scale to support rapid growth while simplifying network operations. 


Charité is one of the largest university hospitals in Europe with clinical care, research and teaching delivered by physicians and researchers of the highest international standard. More than 100 Charité clinics across Berlin run on Extreme infrastructure, with over 1000 infusion pumps connected to Extreme’s Wi-Fi.
