Curtis Hamilton is an IT professional focused on business processes and operations. He is a graduate of NC State University, degreed in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering. His career started in sales and marketing before he made the switch to operational roles.
Employed at Extreme Networks as Director of Global Business Systems, he and his team are responsible for supporting CPQ tools for the sales organization. The Business Operations organization focuses on day-to-day support and leading transformational business projects for sales.
Curtis serves as Chair of Black @ Extreme (BEX), the Black Employee Resource Group focused on African American/Black employees and champions. BEX facilitates workplace diversity by embracing cultural differences that foster inclusion and promote awareness of perspectives that enable more intelligent decision making to drive better business outcomes at Extreme Networks.
Curtis is also active in Extreme’s corporate sponsored mentoring program. He serves as mentor for various employees across race/gender/generational lines to assist with their professional growth.
