While getting help from the experts is always great, many of us will choose to solve our problems ourselves if given the option. You can work on your own schedule, there is no waiting for lengthy back-and-forth exchanges to get to the resolution, and there is a sense of satisfaction when we can fix things on our own. If you don’t find your answer in the 15+ thousand existing topics already answered today, you can post your own question or start a new conversation to get a fresh perspective.

Self-service is a priority for the Extreme Community. We strive to provide self-service resources as well as quick access to expert help for opportunities that need that professional edge. Our goals for the future include:

  • Answering all community questions within 24 hours when possible
  • Enhancing ease of use within the community by streamlining topics and opening new, in-demand topic boards.
