Extreme Networks Heads to The Mile-High City for MLB All-Star Week

The best of the best will take the field in Denver, Colorado next week for one of the biggest events of the year: MLB All-Star Week. This is not just another baseball game. MLB All-Star Week commences with five days of connectivity, fun, and (of course) baseball - from MLB All-Star Celebrity Softball Game to T-Mobile Home Run Derby and MLB All-Star 5k. Top MLB players, baseball coaches, analysts, and fans will fill the stands, along with top logistics and security personnel, umpires, reporters, communications providers, network experts, and Extreme’s Wi-Fi Coaches.

What’s a Wi-Fi Coach?

This year’s MLB All-Star Week starts with events for all ages - from a 5K run to a celebrity softball game. There’s lots of fun to be had! You can see Extreme in:

  • PLAY BALL PARK, July 9 – 13:Take pictures with the stars of the week, win prizes, and keep an eye out for Extreme Wi-Fi Coaches as they roam the grounds to help fans get connected. [Click here for the full schedule]
  • MLB Gaming Zone Presented by Extreme Networks: Inside Playball Park, fans can check out MLB The Show on the latest gaming consoles in the MLB Gaming Zone.
  • If you can’t make it in person, watch out for the ExtremeWireless APs in the dugouts and bullpens during your next trip to an MLB Ballpark or during televised games!
  • Events at Coors Field, July 11 – 13: Start by watching the MLB All-Star Celebrity Softball Game on Sunday, July 11, and the T-Mobile Home Run Derby on July 12 available on ESPN. On July 13th stream the MLB All-Star Game on FOX.
  • Don't forget to tune in on MLBN for the SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game and the MLB Draft on July 11th.
