Extreme Networks™ trademarks and brands are considered part of the company’s intellectual property and are valuable assets of the company. In order to best protect our marks, they must be used properly in all forms of documents, advertising, communications, and electronic messages.
When using the marks in publications that will be distributed only in the United States, include the appropriate ™ or ® symbol on first use. For publications that will be distributed outside the United States, do not include trademark symbols. Instead use the appropriate trademark attribution notice, for example: Extreme Networks and BlackDiamond are marks or registered trademarks of Extreme Networks, Inc., in the U.S. and/or other countries.
The Marketing and Legal teams should review and approve in advance designs for display, advertising, promotional materials, or repackaging that uses Extreme Networks™ trademarks.
