Roger Lapuh is a Product Director at Extreme Networks, leading innovation in Ethernet Fabric and next-generation switching technologies. A pioneer in fabric networking, he introduced the industry-defining Multi-Chassis Link Aggregation technology and holds multiple patents in Ethernet switching. Roger is also a key contributor to the IEEE 802.1aq standard and a co-author of several IETF drafts, bringing more than two decades of experience across product management, engineering, and marketing.
