VMWare Partner Exchange – Day One Coverage

“If they don’t find you handsome, they should at least find you handy” – Red Green

This is one of my favorite quotes from the comic Red Green. When he’s not spinning a tale, he is making prodigious use of duct tape in one of his many questionable projects.

This week I am attending the VMware Partner Exchange conference in Las Vegas, NV. It will be a busy week filled with updates to the VMware platform and many technical use cases to extract more value from the VMware virtualization platforms.

Hopefully you don’t feel like your data center solution is duct taped together like Red Green would. Virtualization solutions that do not interconnect with adjacent systems can, at times, feel like they may as well be held together with that magical grey tape.

I encourage you to familiarize yourself with our data center solutions at www.onefabric.net while I will work for you this week in assembling some of the key take aways from this week’s conference.

You can access my value to you in two ways. I will be blogging here daily with summarized key value topics for you. I will also be tweeting from the conference with sound bites that hopefully you find helpful in your virtualization solution.

I encourage you to follow me on Twitter @markdtownsend and check the hash tag #vmwarepex as well as check back here regularly for conference updates.

Happy Networking!
