Top 10 Wi-Fi Misconceptions

wifiThere are few people not familiar with the Wi-Fi logo. It’s an established technology brand we see everywhere our mobile lives take us. We see it in airports, coffee shops, and stadiums to name just a few. We recognize the logo and know instantly to instruct our mobile device to initiate the association process. We are trained to look for signal bars on our device, and then some type of portal or login that permits our use of the provided Wi-Fi access. With the process complete we are free; completely untethered with ability to communicate, consume and share with every bit of available bandwidth we can grab.
