Today’s mobile-savvy shoppers use their personal mobile devices for everything. Providing Wi-Fi network access is one way of connecting with shoppers to enhance their personal experience with your brand. However, free Wi-Fi alone does not in itself drive opportunities for increased shopper engagement or provide retailers with the insights that would allow them to tailor services for that specific demographic.
