Best Western Property Increases Guest Satisfaction with Purpose-Built Wi-Fi Solution

Across the street from Disneyland, The Best Western Plus Anaheim (CA) is a high-volume hotel that runs at about 85% occupancy annually. The 300-room property accommodates thousands of guests monthly and like all hotel properties and brands in today’s mobile-driven economy, regardless of a guest’s actual purpose for staying, the expectation among guests for seamless and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity remains constant. With more and more devices requesting access to The Best Western Plus Anaheim’s network, and those devices requiring more bandwidth to support their habits, the network couldn’t handle the daily usage demands. In turn, the property experienced frequent complaints from guests, who viewed Wi-Fi access as one of the most important amenities offered at the property.
