Allie Irvin
Head of Customer Success

Allie Irvin leads Extreme Networks’ Customer Success organization. She has spent 18 years in customer success and client services across multiple industries, working to design and deliver transformative experiences to help customers achieve their business goals.

Throughout her career in technology, Allie has worked as a customer success practitioner and leader for various SaaS solutions with a focus on building organizations to scale while maintaining an exceptional experience for customers. She contributed to the development and launch of Extreme Networks’ first Customer Success offers with a focus on creating a data-driven self-service customer journey. Allie participates in the customer success leadership community as a conference speaker and webinar guest and in 2022 was recognized as a Customer Success Visionary by Totango.

Before moving to the technology industry, Allie had a career in urban planning, where she worked with local governments, federal government agencies, and the Department of Defense, consulting with stakeholders to create long-range strategic visions and tactical plans. She applies this expertise in negotiating consensus and translating overarching strategy into measurable action items as a customer success leader.

Allie is a member of Extreme Networks’ Women in Networking employee resource group and is passionate about early career development. She is a lifelong curious learner and loves to experiment with using technology to drive efficiency in all areas of her life. When she is not providing tech support to her extended family and friends, she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, and exploring her city of New Orleans.
