Recap of the North American Partner Conference 2013

Enterasys, now part of Extreme Networks, recently hosted our North America Partner Conference in Fort Myers, Florida. The week was jam-packed with interactive sessions, exciting company updates and noteworthy speakers, including Matt Heinz, President of Heinz Marketing, and Ray Wang, CEO of Constellation Research. We also treated attendees to a surprise appearance from football legend, Anthony Munoz—an 11 time Pro Bowler and Pro Football Hall of Famer.  At the event, Enterasys marked another year of record progress in the channel, reaching 1,300 worldwide partners and a 20 percent year-over-year increase in partners.

Most importantly, Enterasys honored the incredible achievements of our Partners over the past year by announcing the inaugural Pinnacle Club award winners. The Pinnacle Club award recognizes partners that have reached significant milestones, including hitting key performance indicators such as revenue, company logos, certifications and marketing development. Pinnacle Club entitlements offer members 2 quarters of access to a dedicated sales development representative, increased market development funds, Enterasys executive sponsorship, and more. This year’s Pinnacle Club winners are:

Congratulations to Pinnacle Club Partner of the Year:  Hayes Computer Systems, Tallahassee, Florida

Enterasys also recognized additional achievements among our partner community:

  • Strategic Integration Partner of the Year: Invensys, Foxborough, Massachusetts, for integrating Enterasys technology into process automation and control systems

  • Top Marketing Partner: Whalley Computer Associates, Southwick, Massachusetts, for hosting multi-vendor events to attract hundreds of new prospects

  • Top Infrastructure Services Partner: Hutchins Telecom, Louisville, Kentucky, for its extraordinary emphasis on quality work and high customer confidence

Given our momentum, Enterasys is excited to head into 2014 with a strong partner program and look forward to continuing our commitment to Partners and working together to accelerate growth next year.
