Network Access & The NBA All-Star Game: Slam Dunk!

The intersection of the fan experience and technology is incredible, and Enterasys is so proud to be leading the charge in enabling sports teams and venues to reimagine the in-venue experience for their fans. Of course, none of the cool apps, videos or widgets would be possible without access to a robust network.  We are the official network provider for both the New England Patriots and Boston Celtics, and we’re also proud to say that we’re powering the wired core and access network at this weekend’s NBA All-Star festivities in Houston at the Toyota Center.  As Jay Wessel, VP of Technology at the Boston Celtics said, “In working with Enterasys, I have a partner who can bring efficiencies to my network and take away the IT management headache.”

So, while you’re taking in the All-Star Game or the Slam Dunk contest, don’t wonder why the fans are all looking at their phones—they’re connected and enjoying the new fan experience!
