Extreme Networks Enables Partners with New Managed Services and Cloud Offerings

We know that Big Data, the Internet of Things, BYOD/Mobility and cloud-based applications are increasing stress on today’s networks, requiring management of increased device and location diversity, higher performance, better security and higher availability. This trend will only increase, requiring greater network monitoring and management expertise and staffing just to stay at status quo.

Our MonitoringPLUS Service offering provides 24×7 monitoring and management, including technical phone, software updates and advanced hardware replacement with onsite options. Customers can access their network’s information through a secure gateway.

The Network ResponsePLUS Managed Service includes the MonitoringPLUS services plus designated service management, including network inventory and managed support, along with other services. Both services have cloud-based network configuration storage.
