Avaya Support Transition

 

Extreme Networks acquired Avaya’s networking business in July, 2017. We have set up this informational page to help point you in the right direction for some of the main support activities.

 

Support Delivery on Avaya products will remain the same for Avaya End Customers from now until April 8, 2018.

 

Please continue to use the same Avaya processes and support contact information as you have in the past for all support activities (Tech Support, RMAs, etc.).
