We have set up this page to help point you in the right direction for some of the main support activities during the Aerohive integration to Extreme Networks.
As of April 13, all callers using the Toll free numbers +1-866-365-9918 or +1-408-510-6100 will automatically be redirected to Extreme Networks Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) through May 13.
After May 13th, you must call GTAC support directly at the following numbers: https://www.extremenetworks.com/support/contact/.
As of April 13, you must register in the Extreme Support Portal using the same email address used for your Hive Community login so that you have the same username moving forward. You will be able to create new content at that time. The Aerohive Support Forums content will be migrated to Extreme’s Community, The Hub by mid-April, 2020.
