Aerohive Support Transition Information

Extreme Networks acquired Aerohive Networks in September, 2019. We have set up this page to help point you in the right direction for some of the main support activities.

Support Delivery on Aerohive products will remain the same for Aerohive End Customers from now until April, 2020.

Please continue to use the same Aerohive support processes and support contact information as you have in the past for all support activities (Tech Support, RMAs, etc.). See the Aerohive Customer Service and Support Integration FAQ for more information.

Partners in the Extreme Networks Partner Program supporting an EXOS or VSP product under warranty and connecting to ExtremeCloud IQ should use Extreme’s GTAC for technical phone support.

The Aerohive Support Forums and documentation will be migrated to Extreme’s Community, The Hub as of April, 2020. Until then, you can find The Hive Community at this link.
