System Requirements
A dedicated server for product installation meeting the following system requirements:
- Intel Dual Core (Core 2 Duo/Xeon 5100 series) processor at 1.86GHz (or greater)
- 2GB RAM (or greater)
- 80GB SATA disk (or greater)
- Two 10/100/1000 Ethernet interfaces
- CD ROM drive
- An Internet connection or proxy server that allows outbound SSL communications

A workstation running one of the following browsers:

Warranty Policies
If a problem should occur during the applicable warranty period, please follow the processes detailed below. Extreme Networks warranty coverage is detailed in the warranty card that ships with the product. The warranty period is measured from the date the product is shipped from Extreme Networks.
Warranty Process
Please contact your local Extreme TAC via phone, email or web.
Please have the following information available:
- Product number (example, Summit X650)
- Serial number of the product (on the outside of the product, or can be viewed via the CLI)
- Complete description of the product failure
If the problem requires that the product be shipped back to Extreme Networks, ensure that you have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and note this RMA number on the box, when you ship the defective unit back to the appropriate Extreme Networks location.
