Pre-sales Partner Training

Certification is the foundation for the Extreme Networks^® Channel Partner Program and is required for most program levels. Complimentary pre-sales partner training is modularized and delivered on-line through Extreme Networks partner portal – PartnerWeb. Courses can be completed in your own time and on your own schedule. This curriculum allows you to achieve the following objectives:

• Gain a competitive edge by keeping up with the latest technology
• Understand how to best position Extreme Networks solutions with your customers
• Learn to successfully deploy and manage Extreme Networks products
• Increase your service related revenue and margin

Partner pre-sales training consists of two tracks and elective courses:

• Extreme Networks Certified Sales Professional (ECSP) for Account Managers (AMs) and account executives
• Extreme Networks Certified Design Professional (ECDP) for Sales Engineers (SEs) and technical personnel
• Elective training (includes Metro Ethernet)

Post-sales Technical Training

Post-sales technical training includes standard courses, custom training, and the following certifications:

• Extreme Networks Associate (ENA)–Provides knowledge of basic hardware installation, configuration and management of Extreme Networks products
• Extreme Networks Specialist (ENS)–Provides a solid foundation of skills for advanced configuration, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting including redundancy and security.
