Learn Valuable Lessons from the ‘Heroes of the Game’ with the Pro Football Hall of Fame

For over a year, Extreme has been a proud partner of the Pro Football Hall of Fame (PFHOF), and it is a relationship built on a mutual commitment to education and community outreach in K-12 school districts across the country. With the PFHOF, Extreme has been powering the Heart of a Hall of Famer series, a program which aims to educate 7th-12th grade students on important lessons about character, leadership, and achieving success. Hosting each session is an iconic football Hall of Famer who meets students around the country via video conference.

One of our favorite moments over the past few years was when Hall of Famer Charlie Joyner let students in on his secret to developing character – finding a hero and role model. Who is Charlie Joyner’s role model? None other than Johnny Depp, because of his commitment to every role he plays. Charlie demonstrated what it takes to meet your goals on and off the field with the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Gold Jacket Standards of Character:  commitment, integrity, courage, respect, and excellence.
