Wayne was hired as the first full-time technology professional for the Green Bay Packers in April of 1993 and has over 30 years in the Information Technology industry. Wayne guided historic Lambeau Field renovations over the past 2 years that included stadium-wide Wi-Fi and DAS systems and upgraded business entities (1919 Kitchen & Tap restaurant, Packers Hall of Fame renovation, and Packers Pro Shop retail store). Wayne led technology efforts in the 2011-2013 Lambeau Field Renovation which included new South End Zone general and premium areas and viewing decks along with a distributed sound system, HD scoreboard and concession POS systems. Wayne also guided planning and technology efforts for the 2003 Lambeau Field Renovation. Wayne leads an IT Team of 10 people working to support the entire organization (football and business teams) and provide new technologies that drive new business opportunities and operational efficiencies. Wayne is responsible for all technology within Lambeau Field and its buildings and fields.
Wayne is a Two Rivers, Wisconsin native and a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science. Prior to the Packers, Wayne worked for Telefile Computer Products in Irvine, California and then spent 8 years with McDonnell Douglas in Long Beach, California in the Flight Test department as a systems programmer.
Wayne and his wife, Jolene, have been married for 28 years and have four adult children, Stephanie (25), Alison (23), David (21), and Michael (18). Wayne enjoys reading, golf, hiking, and local running events (including 5 marathons).

Additionally, Bob is a co-author of the book entitled “Wi-Fi Enabled Healthcare,” about the importance of Wi-Fi in transforming clinical work flows and enhancing mobile devices in a hospital environment. A seasoned IT professional with a broad range of experience in healthcare, Bob has been featured in publications such as Modern Healthcare, Healthcare Design Magazine, Mobile Wireless Magazine and Healthcare Executive Exchange. Kai Gutzeit started his career at OKI Electric in Tokyo, Japan, where he worked in the Overseas Sales & Marketing division. He spent the next 12 years in leading marketing positions at various IT companies involved in the areas of microelectronics, telecommunications infrastructure and network solutions. After three years at Radware as Regional Sales Manager for Germany he then became Regional Sales Director for Central Europe at Postini with responsibility for sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Gutzeit expanded business activities in this region as Head of Technical Support and Sales since April 2006. He became Head of Google Enterprise for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Google Germany at the beginning of 2008, and later took on the Nordics region in 2009 as well.
