We are excited to announce that Extreme has received the ShoreTel Innovation Network interoperability certification between Extreme’s portfolio of high performance switches. The Innovation Network is a group of more than 85 partners who utilize ShoreTel’s open architecture to develop hardware, software and services that extend the capabilities of ShoreTel’s UC and enterprise contact center solutions.
This work completes a re-certification of the joint solution and strengthens the long standing Extreme-ShoreTel partnership by positioning both companies to deliver solutions for on-premises Unified Communications (UC) and meet the needs of customers who are transitioning to “Connect,” ShoreTel’s UC as a Service (UCaaS) cloud and hybrid product.
