Patent Marking
The following patent list is provided to satisfy the virtual patent marking provisions of various jurisdictions, including Section 16 of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act, and is intended to serve as notice under 35 U.S.C. § 287(a). Extreme Networks’ patented technologies are implemented in its products and services, which are offered and sold directly by the company or by its commercial partners through license agreements. Extreme Networks will vigorously defend its technology in all jurisdictions. This list may not be inclusive of all patents and patent applications assigned to Extreme Networks.
