We Agree to not export nor re-export Extreme Networks products, hardware, software or technology to entities on the most current U.S. and foreign export exclusion lists or to any country subject to U.S. embargo or terrorist controls as specified in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
We Agree to not use Extreme Networks products, hardware, software or technology for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, for the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons of mass destruction.
